Description
Quick, easy and complete discharge of the coated seed because there are no door-hinges, liquid distribution plate etc. Basic configuration without pump/ distribution plate but with main disk on/ off and speed regulation and set of disposable syringes to quickly apply the slurry on the seed. Also powders can be dosed very easily onto the seed. The 2 built in baffles will mix the seeds smoothly and quick for a good mixture of seeds and applied products.
Ideal for product or protocol development and/or monitoring.
Optional we can offer mixing blade, high speed liquid dosing disc, dosing pump, variable speed or speeds of liquid distribution disc and/or rotary (mixing) table. On request we can even supply, an auto-tip version, to automate protocols for consistency testing or repetition of ‘standard applications’.
Perfect fit with the existing Hoopman rotary coater HR350 HR600 and HR800 in stand-alone or unique IRCD (integrated coating and drying) range.
