Aspirator type separator to sort seeds on specific weight in a vertical air column, directly behind the vibratory feeder. Open system combining relatively high capacity and easy access, resulting in high efficiency
Description
Because of the precise construction and the smooth finish, the AS-1 is practically self cleaning, and needs no or only a very short time for clean-out between samples.
Ideal for cleaning of samples in plant breeding / seed test labs, (this machine fits in where the
sample size is between seed blower quantities and the quantities processed with an air / screen cleaner)
Feeding by stepless VIDOS vibratory feeder, hopper 10 l (or more if requested).
· Funnel height adjustable above the vibratory gutter.
· 2 seed containers for heavy and light product (antistatic black)
· Glass window (not static!) for inspection, easy to open if inside cleaning is necessary
· Aspirator fan with stepless speed regulation by frequency converter.
· No valves to regulate air flow, digital read out of fan speed make setting easy and reproducible.
· All seed and debris (excl. dust) are caught in the 2 containers
· Can operate in a lab (stand alone, with dust bag filter) as well as connected to a central dust aspiration system
